Shepherd of the Hills Vigilante Extreme ZipRider

Branson’s “Vigilante Extreme ZipRider” stands apart, and quite a bit taller, from all the other ziplines! A popular thrill attraction in many destinations, including Branson, the “ZipRider” takes ziplining up a notch...make that lots of notches...it launches from 170 feet up over the gorgeous Branson landscape! Named for the take-the-law-into-your-own-hands Baldknobbers, authentic Ozarks’ vigilantes, the “ZipRider” may be an extreme adventure, but it’s also extremely simple and safe. Unlike most ziplines, the “Vigilante” seats you comfortably in a chair-like apparatus and securely belts you in; no complicated rigging riding up in all the wrong places! And it’s located at a Branson historic landmark, the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead, the attraction that honors the legacy of the writer and the book - Harold Bell Wright and The Shepherd of the Hills - that put Branson tourism on the map.

Perched securely on a platform attached near the top of the magnificent Inspiration Tower, the “ZipRider” sends you zooming down at speeds up to 50 mph for more than half a mile, letting you enjoy stunning views of the countryside unmatched by any other zipline attraction.

There are just a few important things to remember to enjoy the “Vigilante Extreme ZipRider:
All participants must sign a release.
Maximum weight limit is 275 lbs.
Minimum weight limit is 70 lbs.
Height requirement is 52” to 80”.
Not recommended to women who are or may be pregnant.
The Ziprider only allows one rider per chair harness at a time. Children cannot sit in the lap of an adult during the ride.
Ride can be subject to closure by adverse weather conditions.
Check-in at Inspiration Tower.
All riders are required to wear "Closed-Toe" shoes.  No "Open-Toed" shoes will be allowed to ride.
Opens at 10:00am, last ticket taken at 3:00pm.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, so an adult ticket will need to be purchased.
